Hello Sir,
I would like to ask a copy of a memo where in it states that a motorcycle registration have to do initial renewal based on the 1st registration date of CR, and another renewal based on the license plate. This is after I renew my motorcycle, I received a different OR compare to the normal OR of renewal of registration. Then I was instructed to do renewal again based on my plate #. Here are the details of my registration:
New Reg CR date: Aug. 6, 2021
with Plate # on OR: ending 2
but no actual plate
actual plate received: April 2022
Initial renew based on CR: July 2022, w/ diff. OR

Hello Sir,
I've seen the linked you provided as well as the attached memo's. I supposed, these are not the memo, the LTO referred to. My MC is for renewal already last August based on first registration date, but after I renew, it only cost 200+ pesos and the OR they give me is not the usual OR, then advise me to renew again based on my permanent plate # ending 2. I'm afraid I may be flag down on checkpt. with unregistered MC. attaching is the OR they issued. Not the usual OR of renewal of registration, claiming that this is initial OR due to transition period from previous IT provider to new provider.
Is this request offensive?
