Hi I would like to request the following information:

1) Is it legal to have an underbone style motorcycle converted to a backbone style motorcycle? 

2) Is it possible to have motorcycle modifications registered under the LTO?

3) Is there a reliable and up-to-date database for information regarding motor vehicle modifications that goes into specifics?
4) There is conflicting information available. Some say that modifications are outright not legal while others say some modifications can be made legal as long as it goes through proper registration. I'd like clarification for this. Thank you!

Attached herewith is the Department Order No. 2010-32
Subject: Harmonization of Motor Vehicle (MV) Classifications of LTO and LTFRB
and the Joint Administrative Order No. 2014_01, where you will see the penalty for Unauthorized Motor Vehicle Modification. 

Your right to request a review
