Good day, 

Nawala po yung ID ko noong 2016 nag pa replacement po ako sa LTO kaso during nung time na nag request ako hindi daw po available ung printing noon balikan ko nalang daw po, hanggang sa nakalimutan ko na po iclaim kasi po nag resign na ako sa company na pinagttrabahuhan ko as a Driver Technician.

Nais ko po sanang mag renew ng Driver's license pero yung website ay nangangailangan ng Serial number na wala po ako pagkukunan  kasi po hindi ko pa naclaim ung driver's license ko noong 2016 replace na ngayon ay expired na din.

Salamat po sa sasagot ng aking tanong.
