I am Manuel Angelo Casalan, a statistician from International Alert Philippines a non-profit studying conflict in the Philippines.  I would like to know how many licensed male drivers are registered in ARMM aged 18-39 years old in both 2017 and 2018.

Please note that the available statistics are on Driver’s Licenses and Permits Issued, by Type of License, New/Renewal, by Region for CY 2017-2018
