Good day!

May I know what is the process and requirements on applying for a certificate of approval for car seats with no ICC stickers? What are the applicable fees?

I have purchased a carseat on Dec 2020 from a mall and it has no ICC sticker yet because it was not yet mandatory at that time. I read articles that I have to go to LTO and have it inspected.
