Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Good day.
I would like to know on how to acquire LTO Driver's Certificate and Certificate of No Apprehension for the purpose of Foreign Driver's License acquisition here in Canada. I cannot process it as I am here at abroad and my father will process it on my behalf. Hoping for your kind consideration on my request.

Thanks and best regards,
Aira Jane I. Vallez
