I would like to request for the following documents from the Land Transportation Office: 

1) Drivers certificate 
2) Certification of No Apprehension

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 24, 2021 09:12:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for LTO drivers certificate and No Apprehension certificate.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Please be informed that you can get a certificate of no apprehension through the LTMS portal. In your LTMS dashboard go to Documents > No Apprehension > Apply Certificate > Input the needed details > pay through our online payment partners. Once payment is Successful, your certificate will be sent in your email address or it is also visible in the documents page under “No Apprehension”, you may print the said file.

Note: that the client needs to switch to desktop mode to see the “PRINT” icon.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.

You may process this at the LTO Central Office.
