Good Evening. I want to request a driver's license serial number because in my driving license I don't  have it.  I want to register in LTO Portal tms to take an exam but they required  to put the driver license serial number to open it. I am going overseas on 02/15/2022 that's why I want to renew my driver's license earlier. Thanks for any help that you can give to me.

You asked for Driver license.

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or still having trouble in entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

No

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.

Your right to request a review

Galvante at  ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph.
