Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

Motorcycle taxis were already used in Manila, that is why we came up with the idea of introducing motorcycle taxi in Lucena City.

Although, we are not really establishing this specific business in Lucena City as this is only for the sake of our feasibility study, we are asking for your judgement. Should the time comes that there is an opportunity to establish this kind of business (motorcycle taxi) in Lucena City, is it possible that you will allow this to operate? If so, what are the due process that is needed to for it to be possible?
