Hi good morning

I hope your day is going well

I'm just only inquiring about the OR and CR of my motor vehicle which i purchase last October 13, 2023 at the dealership located in road 20 Bahay Toro Quezon City motortrade. Motor vehicle Honda Click v3 which was name under Banawa, Angel Aquino with a engine number: JA69E7286495 and a chassis number: K2VJ0277547 if my dealer already submitted the requirements to process my OR and CR.

It's been a month now but no update yet for my OR/CR. I just went to the dealership last sunday to follow up the OR/CR but they told me still there's no update for my request

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
Upon checking in the database, there are no records found in the system.

To check if your registration documents were already submitted for processing, please ask your dealer and furnish us the copy of the transmittal duly received by the LTO.

Please be informed that we process initial registration of newly acquired motorcycles for 5 to 7 working days, and 7 to 11 working days for Motor vehicles, upon receipt of complete requirements.
