To whom it may concern. I would like to ask on how to get LTO Driver’s License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension while i am here in Canada. This is for the application of my Canadian driver’s license . Thank you and have a good day.

You asked for LTO Drivers License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension.

Response to your request,

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://lto.gov.ph/law-enforcement.html#certification-of-no-pending-apprehension-and-alarm.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.

Your right to request a review
