Good day!:) In line with the NDPR Week celebration and to implement one of the focus areas of the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025 in the Philippines which is PARTICIPATION of Persons with Disabilities. We want to help PWDs in our town get driver's license. We have a person with orthopedic disability able to drive an automatic car. We want to know what are the limitations in getting a Driver's License because abroad we have persons issued a license to drive an airplane even if a person has no arms.
