Hi, I'd like to have a copy of the most recent memorandum circular pertaining to the useof Early Warning Devices.

Our trucks are being harassed daily at Nichols interchange - SLEX because they insist that the EWD should be orange and red. I can't remember the specific MC but I just need clarification on whether or not it is true
