Hello good day,

i would like to request access on the client id and password of DAISY LYN TABASA as she was the first owner of the unit i bought and i forgot the client id and password , i registered the motorcycle unit last March 2023. i do not have another copy of the official receipt since it was lost and i emailed many times at the LTO Customer Care but i did not received any feedback. i needed to access the client id and password to generate the official receipt for me to use the motorcycle.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below. 

1.) Active email address 
2.) One valid ID with signatures 
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
