Hi,

I would like to make an inquiry about the status of my registration as it has been more than 30 working days from the day of purchase. I have coordinated with my dealer and was advised that my application was sent through last June 29, 2023. Already sent emails to LTO -LIPA (regional director, operations division and new registration unit) but no response yet.

Response to your request

Please be informed that personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, once your document is forwarded to LTO for registration it will take us 3-7 days for the release of the OR/CR. In order for us to check our records if said MC/MV is already registered, can you please provide us the following information in this order:
 
1. Proof of Identity
2. Engine No.
3. Chassis No.
4. Photo of Sales Invoice
 
Please be informed that the above mentioned requirements are needed to avoid giving confidential or personal information of persons who are not entitled and such as guidance in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
