Kasi po may nabasa po ako sa memorandum Ng lto pag below 200 cc pag bagong bili po or hulugan aabot daw po Ng 3 years bago mapaso tapos magtitiis pa ako bago ko ibyahe Ang motor ihh nagbabayad nman po ako Ng advance tapos mag 2 months na Wala parin po or cr
