September 20, 2019 Dear MAXWELL BONGAR, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2019 11:51:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Demand of support letter. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the necessary details for the copy of the demand letter you have requested such as the PAO-Office with jurisdiction over the case, Case title and Number. For your information, the mandate of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), is to “represent free of charge, indigents, and other persons qualified for legal assistance in all civil, criminal, labor, administrative and other quasi-judicial cases where, after due evaluation, it is determined that the interest of justice will be served thereby.” Since you are not within the Philippines, your representative may visit our district office which has jurisdiction over the case. Thank you. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to pao.legalresearchservice2@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
