Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2019 11:51:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Demand of support letter.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the necessary details for the copy of the demand letter you have requested such as the PAO-Office with jurisdiction over the case, Case title and Number. 

For your information, the mandate of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), is to “represent free of charge, indigents, and other persons qualified for legal assistance in all civil, criminal, labor, administrative and other quasi-judicial cases where, after due evaluation, it is determined that the interest of justice will be served thereby.”  

Since you are not within the Philippines, your representative may visit our district office which has jurisdiction over the case.

Your right to request a review
