I would like to request for the following data:

1. Percentage of cases with favorable judgment from 2007-2012
2. Number of Clients Served (Non-Judicial) from 2007-2010
3. Percentage of winning civil cases from 2007-2012
4. Total Percentage of Winning Cases in favor of Women (VAWC) in 2007 and 2017-2020
5. Total Percentage of Winning Cases in Favor of CICL (Children in Conflict with the Law) in 2007 and 2017-2020
6. Total Percentage of Winning Administrative Cases from 2007-2012

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you  requested as our office has no readily available information for all the years you specified in your request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Honorable Chief Public Attorney Dr. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta, DSD at 5th Floor, DOJ Agencies Building, NIA Road corner East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
