Greetings!

This refers to your request for information on the cases filed against certain individuals for profiling purpose.

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide the information you are requesting as it would violate the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which prohibits disclosure of personal information without the consent of the data subject.

Further, if the individuals you mentioned are indeed clients of our office, then we are further bound by the sacred Attorney-Client Privilege, which prohibits lawyers from disclosing matters relayed by clients in the course of the engagement, without the consent of the latter. 

These legal precepts prohibit our office from disclosing the information you are requesting.

Your right to request a review
