Good day!

My name is Joffrey Urian, a third-year law student from the University of the East Manila. I’m currently taking my thesis for my Juris Doctor Degree with the title "Creating a Low-Income Tax Clinic (Under the Public Attorney's Office)". In connection with this, I would like to request information regarding the following:

1.	The number of reported tax disputes for individual and private entities amounting to 1 million pesos and below handled by the PAO.
2.	Report on criminal cases involving taxes amounting to 1 million pesos and below handled by the PAO.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as we have no separate record of tax cases handled by the office.
