Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a Ph.D. Candidate of English Language Studies from the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School, Espana, Manila. I am currently writing a paper on Forensic Linguistics, the study of Language and Law. I am currently dealing with Language Problems of Non-native Speakers of the English Language in Trial Courts.

In line with this, may I seek for your support and endorsement to gather my data on Drug Cases of both Native and Non-native Speakers of the English Language and copies of transcripts.
