Good day ! On behalf of my complaint I have this text screenshot  I've got for them using different numbers and calling and yelling .I can pay for my loan even though they give higher penalties, but the harassment and death threat for me it's not okay. Giving depression to someone like me.  Hoping to take action with this. 

PLEASE BLOCK THIS PESO Q ONLINE LOAN.

The mandate of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) is to “represent free of charge, indigents, and other persons qualified for legal assistance in all civil, criminal, labor, administrative and other quasi-judicial cases where, after due evaluation, it is determined that the interest of justice will be served thereby. ” 

Please be informed that it would be more appropriate if you would personally seek the assistance or advice of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) - Cybercrime Division.
