Good day!

My name is Joffrey Urian, a third-year law student from the University of the East Manila. I’m currently taking my thesis for my Juris Doctor Degree with the title "Creating a Low-Income Tax Clinic (Under the Public Attorney's Office)". In connection with this, I would like to request information regarding the following:

1.	The number of reported tax tax cases (administrative or/and civil) handled by the PAO from 2012-2012.
1.	The number of reported tax tax cases (criminal) handled by the PAO from 2012-2012.

You asked for Tax Cases Handled by the PAO for 2012-2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As we already mentioned in your earlier request, we have no separate record of tax cases handled by the office.  Our current monitoring system only captures the five general classification of cases without further subcategory for tax related case, to wit: civil, criminal, preliminary investigation, labor, and other administrative cases.  We hope we were able to clearly relay the reason for the denial.
