I would like to request a list of win case under r.a 10591, i am desperate right now i have on going case which is fabricated case. I dont have witness and i Dont have cctv copy.ayaw kong makulong na wala naman akong kasalanan. Please i want to read some winning case related to r.a 10591

This refers to your request for information on the winning cases of the PAO involving R.A. No. 10591.

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide the information you are requesting as it is covered by the Attorney-Client Privilege, which prohibits lawyers from disclosing matters relayed by clients in the course of the engagement, without the consent of the latter. 

You may, however, try to inquire with the Supreme Court for the information you need as they compile their decisions on cases, which then become part of the laws of our country.
