Hi I would like to request the following information regarding:

1. Number of administrative cases filed against erring police officers in Region V aided by PAO (and/or endorsed by CHR) as compared to the last 6 years (annual data)
2. Number of criminal cases filed against erring police officers in Region V aided by PAO (and/or endorsed by CHR) as compared to the last 6 years (annual data)
3. Any other relevant information will help. As per Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016's mandate, please coordinate with concerned government agencies.
