Greetings!

I would like to request for the following data:

1. Lawyer positions and lawyer positions filled for 2017-2019
2. Staff positions and staff positions filled for 2017-2019
3. Percentage of clients who rated the legal services of PAO as satisfactory or better for 2018-2019
4. Total No. Of Terminated Cases Favorable to Women Client Victims (VAWC) and favorable to Children In Conflict with the Law (CICL) for the years 2017-2019

May I also kindly ask when the Accomplishment Report for 2020 will be posted on the PAO website?

You asked for Data on Manpower, Percentage of Clients Satisfied, Terminated Cases.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as  our office has no readily available information on the no. of favorable dispositions on the VAWC and CICL cases it handled from 2016-2019.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Honorable Chief Public Attorney Dr. Persida V.
