Hi! I would like to request for the ff information (or at least info from PAO Quezon City/Manila):
1. No. of indigent cases - criminal, civil, administrative - represented by PAO since 2015;
2. No. of indigent cases - criminal, civil, administrative - REFUSED to be represented by PAO due to conflict of interest since 2015; and,
3. Org structure of PAO as an Office, with corresponding roles and responsibilities of the positions.
If I may ask, does the PAO function as one law firm? Or is each chapter/district office considered as an independent of other district office? Thanks

Your FOI request is approved. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for reasons to be discussed below.

As to the number of indigent clients and cases refused by the PAO, I regret to inform you that the PAO has no official tally of such cases/clients.
