Good day.

I would like to request for the total number or average caseload per attorney and their success rate (per attorney) for the years 2015-2019, or if not possible, for any recent data available.

You asked for Caseload and Success Rate per Attorney.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.  I enclosed a copy of some of the information you requested.

Please note that our office can only provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not keep track of the success rate per lawyer.  Instead, our office monitors the favorable disposition rate of the cases it handles, which is also included in the enclosed file for your reference.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Honorable Chief Public Attorney Dr. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta, DSD at 5th Floor, DOJ Agencies Building, NIA Road corner East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request
