Hi! i would like make a request about the information of Cyber Crime Libel

1. Even if it's true, but not caught and doesnt have an evidence, are they allowed to post about the person in social media.

2. Is the person involved in the post in social media has the right to demand a case to the author of the post?

The mandate of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) is to “represent free of charge, indigents, and other persons qualified for legal assistance in all civil, criminal, labor, administrative and other quasi-judicial cases where, after due evaluation, it is determined that the interest of justice will be served thereby. ” 

Please be informed that it would be more appropriate if you would personally seek the assistance or advice of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) - Cybercrime Division.
