Mabuting araw po.ako po ay under ng employer floating po ako ng 3 buwan,pwede po bang mag demand sa employer ko na sa halip na floating ay dapat na termination nalang dahil sila rin nmn maysabi di sigurado kung makakabalik p kami sa trabaho.ngayon po gusto ko snang mag apply sa sss unemployment benifit kaya lang po hinahanapan ako ng termination letter at dole certificate.po pwede po bang mag demand ang isang empleyado na termination nlng sa halip n floating
