Good day! This is an Industrial Engineering research project that requires us to design or improve systems and processes to meet the desired needs of the company. The project entails data gathering in the form of interviews and observations on the possible areas of improvement on hand, including its historical backgrounds.

I would like to request for information regarding:
1.) Historical data/background (eg. productivity, sales)
2.) Current situation (problems that you are encountering)
3.) Impact/effect of those problems
4.) Proposed improvements that you have done before (BCP)
