1. What is the main or primary product in which coconut coir serves as its byproduct?
2. Is the production of coconut coir in Quezon considered an industry? Is/Are there existing processors of coconut coir in Quezon?
3. What are the existing projects in Quezon intended for coconut coir production involving farmers? How long do they exist as of the year 2022?
