This refers to PCA’s “Inspection Report” dated August 05, 2022 (see attached), regarding to our Coconut Plantation situated at Purok-2, Barangay Barongcot, Dangcagan Bukidnon which was bulldozed and entirely razed by other Party/ies.
In view of the above, based on current and standard Government assessment, we kindly request the following officially duly signed by your good office:
1) Comprehensive damaged cost assessment report of 384 planted Coconut Trees. 
2) Projected yield/revenue report of the 384 planted Coconut Trees (considering without intentional destruction/disruption of the trees
