Dear Madam/Sir, To whom it may concern

 

I am Joshua A. Caragan , writing to request a copy of list of Coconut Plantation in Luzon for my research project of development and innovative use of raw coconut materials. I will use the said document to help me to  conduct a study and  in order to know how many coconut plantation are in Luzon. This research will give an alternative uses of  coconut raw materials that might help our fellow Filipino coconut farmers in the future.
