Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 30, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for RT-PCR SWAB TEST RESULT.

We would like to inform you that your request may be already available online. Your Philippine Coast Guard have posted List of Additional RT-PCR Negative Result in our official facebook page athttps://www.facebook.com/coastguardph.Using the barcode number attached in your passport, you may check if you are tested negatively in said list.

In any case that your barcode is not included in the list, you may directly contact the Philippine Red Cross thru their hotline number 1158 or support hotline number 1158.com

We would like to clarify that your Philippine Coast Guard collects swab samples and personally transport it to Philippine Red Cross for testing. After testing, the Philippine Red Cross will send the results to your email address. All released negative results will then be posted in Philippine Coast Guard’s official facebook page.
