Hi I would like to  request an information regarding my result of SWABTEST  for COVID19

the reason because i put a wrong email into site of redcross swabtest results

Dear Jose,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 05, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. 

You asked for the swab test results.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance it is best to contact the Philippine Red Cross since it is the agency who conducts the testing and releasing of your result. Further, the infomation you have provided in this platform is not complete. You should have atleast provided your Barcode number, Date swabbed and your complete name. 

Nonetheless, we then advice you sir to contact the Philippine Red Cross immediately thru their support hotline http://www.redcross1158.com to change your email address and for you to receive your Test Result and your Certificate. Meanwhile, using the ID number you have presented during the VERIFICATION and your BARCODE NUMBER, you can also check the status of your test thru c19.redcross.org.ph under Track Patient Specimen. 

Since we do not have your BARCODE NUMBER and your full name, we cannot check it on the list of negative results given by redcross but you can directly check it thru our FB page at Philippine Coast Guard.
