August 26, 2020 Dear Henry, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 10, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Copy of POSITIVE swab test result. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your Philippine Coast Guard does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Red Cross thru their hotline 1158 or thru their Support Hotline redcross1158.com. Further, we would like to emphasize that your Philippine Coast Guard are posting only Negative Results as per released by the Philippine Red Cross. Moreover, the Philippine Red Cross is the organization responsible in testing all collected swab sample and in releasing results. Meanwhile, your Philippine Coast Guard is responsible in collecting swab samples, submitting these samples to Philippine Red Cross and posting all NEGATIVE results released by the Philippine Red Cross.
