Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 17, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2316 ITR.

As much as we want to help you with your request. May we know if you are a PCG personnel Sir? Since you only provided us with your Driver's License we cannot verify if you are a bonafide member of PCG.

In any case Sir that you are indeed a PCG personnel, we strongly suggest that you directly coordinate with Coast Guard Finance Service thru their contact number at 527 8481 local 6222 or send them an electronic message at cgfc_ipms@coastguard.gov.ph.

However, if you are not a member of PCG we cannot provide the document you are requesting.
