Hi FOI Team,

I would like to request information on the following:

1. Updated 15-Year Capability Development Program (15YCDP) Details in terms of assets needed like the PAF's FlightPlan2028 and the PN's SailPlan2020.
2. Large MRRV plan details aside from the two JICA funded 94 meter MRRVs.
3. Estimated cost of the 15 year PCG Capability Devt Program?
4. Status of the two unit SAR Helicopter bidding?
5. OCEA vessels order status?
6. How can the general public help in disseminating the importance of the PCG in not inflamming regional tensions but still doing its mandate?

Dear Lloyd,

Thank you for your request dated Feb 28, 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 15-Year Capability Development Program (15YCDP) Details.

We received your request on Feb 28, 2017 and supposed to respond on or before Mar 21, 2017 03:44:57 PM. However, due to some technical problems in regards with our account on efoi portal we failed to comply within the said dates.

Greetings!

Below are the information that you request from Philippine Coast Guard. May these information be of help in your research. 

1.	Updated 15- Year Capability Development Program details in terms of assets needed like the PAF’s Flight Plan 2028 and the PN’s Sail Plan 2020
-	Please Drop by our office Coast Guard Public Affairs Office so that we can give you the PCG Sail Plan

2.	Large MRRV Plan Details aside from the two (2) JICA funded 94m MRRVs
-	We only have two (2) MRRV from Japan to be acquired through JICA. Plan Details is still subject for discussion

3.	Estimated cost of the 15 year PCG Capability Dev’t program
-	We apologize but we cannot provide you the estimated cost of the said program

4.	Status of the two (2) unit SAR Helicopter Bidding
-	Per DBM, only one helicopter will be procured and DBM will lead the bidding

5.	OCEA Vessel Order Status
-	We don’t have any OCEA Vessel

6.	How can the general public help in disseminating the importance of the PCG in not inflaming regional tensions but still doing its mandate
-	This effort is being undertaken by the National Government
