Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

1.) the number of death due to drowning cases in the Philippines during Typhoons from 01/01/2015 to 12/30/2019. 

2.) number range of Typhoons per year

The said information will be of great help on our Thesis Paper. I am an Electronics Engineering student and my thesis team is currently studying how innovative engineering can be of help with rescuing drowning victims underwater. This additional information will strengthen and validate our thesis objective.
