I am a PhD researcher at the Graduate School of Pan-Pacific International Studies (GSP), Kyunghee University in South Korea. I am conducting a study on the Causal Effect of Gender Development Spending on Eliminating Violence against Women in the Philippines. 
I would like to obtain a copy of the following records on all regions and provinces from year 1995 to 2018:
1.	VAW Cases
2.	Rape Cases
3.	RA 9262 Cases
4.	Physical Injury Cases
5.	Number of VAW desks
