1. Crime Statistics on Safe Spaces Act in the whole country and specifically in Marinduque for the year 2019 to present in terms of, number of cases per year, place of commission of offense, offender's relationship to victim, case status.

You asked for Crime Statistics on Safe Spaces Act.


Response to Request

We are providing you with available information on the Crime Statistics on Safe Spaces Act per region in the Philippines, which is from January 2019 to December 2022 only, as provided by the Philippine National Police. Kindly see the attachment in this reply for the file we have received from the mentioned agency.

However, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, PCW does not have the other details you have requested, such as the number of cases in Marinduque, place of commission of offense, offender's relationship to victim, and case status. You may refer to the Philippine National Police, for it is the most appropriate office for your concern. As of now, PNP is the only source of data on the national incidence of violence against women and has a well-established reporting system through their Crime Information Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS). This electronic system is fully operational in all police stations and community precincts in the country.
