While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have direct services such as legal nor financial assistance. However, you may wish to contact the following for medical assistance:


SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES

In its effort to still be of service to its constituents despite the difficulties brought by COVID-19, the Senate hereby announces that requests for medical assistance can now be submitted online.


Kindly fill out the form (http://legacy.senate.gov.ph/Form%20Medical%20Assistance2.xlsx) and send it together with the requirements through the designated email addresses of the concerned Senators.

PCSO HELP DESK IN AFFILIATED HOSPITALS

Specifically known as ASAP (At Source Ang Processing). This program aims to facilitate accessibility in the filing and processing of request for Individual Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) for indigent patients confined in the affiliated hospital. Patients NEED NOT TO GO TO PCSO office to file their request for assistance. They can immediately file their request and submit the necessary requirements at the PCSO Help Desk.
