While we understand your situation, we are denying this request because this is not a valid query under FOI. This portal is dedicated to requesting and providing government data and financial assistance is not covered. We also kindly clarify that the PCW does not offer direct services related to financial aid. However, you may want to contact the Department of Trade and Industry who might have several programs that aid small businesses during the pandemic or the Department of Social Welfare and Development for your concern.
