Good day!

I am a third year student of Juris Doctor Program in De La Salle Lipa College of Law. As part of our requirement in our course, I am currently conducting a research entitled:

“Probing into the Legal Implication on the Right to Due Process of the Parties in Judicial Declaration of Presumptive Death of Absent Spouse for purposes of Subsequent Marriage and his Timeless Reappearance under the Family Code”

I am requesting for the said document most specifically on the deliberations in amending Article 83 of the Civil Code to Articles 41-44 now, of the Family Code.

Kind regards.
