Good day! I am a 5th-year B.S. Architecture student at National University – Manila, currently writing my undergraduate thesis. The objective is to propose a Regional Heart Center in CALABARZON.

I'm hoping the Philippine Heart Cente would be willing to support and consider becoming a project client for the thesis proposal. 

I am kindly requesting the following documents:

1. Philippine Heart Center Architectural Plans -  Floor plan, Elevation & Section
2. Certificate that PHC supports my thesis proposal

Any information I may gain will only be used for academic purposes. Thank you.
