Magandang araw po.

Im christian contreras po asking for your help po para po sa papa namin na ngayon ay kasalukuyang nakaconfine sa Ospital ng Muntinlupa lying there 2 weeks now. 

As per the doctor po, di daw po maganda ang condition ni papa. Need daw po nyang maoperahan ASAP pero ang problem po The operation will cost 2 to 3M po. Ito po ay isang Tear(Punit) sa main artery(Aorta) ni papa. Until now po nasa ICU to control po ang BP, Heart Rate at yung mabilis na pagkapunit ng aortia nya.
