We are 3rd Year Pharmacy students from the University of Santo Tomas conducting a research entitled “Medication Intake Amidst the Pandemic: An Assessment of the Medication Adherence of Filipino Adults Aged 40 to 59 years old with Hypertension in San Fernando, Pampanga” under the supervision of our Thesis Adviser/Professor, Ms. Franelyn Casuga.
Our group is formally requesting permission to have access to the statistical data about the status of hypertensive patients aged 40 to 59 years old in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
