Hi! I'm Maika Factor, a 5th year BS- Architecture student working on my thesis of a regional heart specialized hospital in CALABARZON. In line with this, I would like to request information on the following:

1.) Number of cardio related disease patients in Philippine Heart Center per specific type of disease.
2.) Number of inpatients in PHC .
3.) Number of outpatients in PHC.
4.) Number of CALABARZON resident patients in PHC.
5.) List of cardio related departments in PHC.
