Magandang araw po. Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng tulong para sa operasyon po ng anak ko. Malaki pa po kasi babayaran namin sa hospital. Nakalabas na po kami kaso may kulang pa po kami at nakapromisory lang po kami. Ano po ba ang kailangan naming ihanda na requirements para po makaavail kami? Marami na po kaming pinadalhan ng email na mga senador pati na din po congressman sa lugar namin pero wala pa pong tugon mula po sa kanila. Sana po makita po ninyo ang request ko po na ito. Maraming salamt po.
